Belfast City Council (the ‘Council’) is currently seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the placement of various advertisements in newspaper titles which are available within the Council area. The type of adverts that the Council currently places, and which are required to be covered under the new Framework include:

• legal notices

• tenders

• licensing ads

• road closure ads

• recruitment ads

• funding ads

• ROP ads for various campaigns

Planning adverts. Optional requirement – Council has a current contract in place (T2342 Contract) which expires in September 2026 with option to renew up to September 2028. The Council intends to continue with using this Contract but reserves the right to use this Framework should the Council decide not to renew the T2342 Contract).
