This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The recommendation to award the contract to the named provider was approved at the ICB's Strategic Finance and Commissioning Committee, on the 8th May 2025 and ratified at the ICB Board on 27th June 2025.There were 3 conflicts of interest identified at the ICB Board meeting dated 27th June 2025, and during the 2025/26 ENHT contract development process.The non-conflicted members have assessed the nature and risk of the conflicts, and decided to take the following steps: - The conflicts identified at the ICB board meeting were mitigated by the conflicted members leaving the meeting to ratify the ICB’s Strategic Finance and Commissioning Committee approval to award the contract. - Mitigating actions were put in place for the one conflict identified on the ENHT 2025/26 contract development process which included the conflicted member not being part of any decision making.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Corrigendum Notice to published Contract Award Notice reference FTS-047436, on behalf of associate commissioners to the 25/26 ENHTT contract. To add the agreed annual commitment for each respective associate commissioner, to the ENHTT contract.This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract was formally awarded using direct award process A.The recommendation to award the contract to the named provider was approved at the ICB's Strategic Finance and Commissioning Committee, on the 8th May 2025 and ratified at the ICB Board on 27th June 2025, where 3 conflicts of interest were identified at the ICB Board meeting dated 27th June 2025.
