West Berkshire Council (WBC) are seeking to enter into a long-term concessionary-based contract with a ChargePoint Operator (CPO) to mobilise and deliver a significant programme of delivery of charging points across West Berkshire. The CPO will be contributing private funding to fulfil West Berkshire’s EVCI requirements. WBC will be committing a fixed amount of capital grant funding. The concessionaire must ensure their solution meets the overall Council’s strategic objective, provides value for money by maximising use of the LEVI subsidy and gives Customers the best charging offer in the local area.
