two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Trust.Ed CSAT Alliance is a Multi Academy Trust of nine academies based in south and central Shropshire, working together as a supportive local family of schools. It is a mixed MAT with both Church and non-Church schools.

They require a catering service at 9 of their schools (secondary and primary) at Bridgnorth, Craven Arms, Church Stretton, Pontesbury and Shrewsbury. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years commencing 1at August 2023 with an option to extend for a further one plus one years, which will be measured on the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

The Trust is seeking a partnership to continue to maximise the opportunity of the catering facilities within the Trust and to further enhance the dining experience for both staff and students. There is an opportunity to consider investment proposals which can be used to update the current facilities.
