The agreement is expected to commence October 2025. Please note that this date is not definite and may change at YPOs sole discretion.

It is anticipated that this framework will have the following proposed Lot(s): -

Lot 1 - Supply of Daily Living Aids/Homecare Equipment - Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES)

This Lot may include supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, collection, repair, and refurbishment of homecare equipment.

Lot 2 - Supply of Daily Living Aids/Homecare Equipment - Non - Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES)

This Lot will cover the supply and delivery into a customer's store for the customer to deliver and install to the service user.

Lot 3 - Technology enabled care products and services

Please note that all Lots will cover a vast range of equipment and services. This may be subject to change based on the outcome of the pre-market engagement.

The reason for this PIN is to engage with providers within this market area to ensure the route to market that is put together meets our customers exact needs and requirements.

We are looking to shape this solution with the help of provider engagement to ensure the maximum coverage of goods and services.

Should YPO wish to proceed further a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015/ Procurement Act 2023 as relevant.

YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 08 working days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.

The Public Procurement Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
