As part of the Health Board’s evolving integrated Staff Wellbeing Support Service (SWSS) which offers staff a range of internally provided support services to support their emotional and psychological wellbeing, BCUHB wish to compliment these internally provided services with an option for staff to access emotional/psychological support from an external provider for those staff who may not feel comfortable accessing internal support. The external provider will work with and compliment BCUHB provided internal services to ensure the delivery of an integrated, ‘stepped’ care model to the provision of emotional/psychological support for its staff.
