Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) provides high quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands. We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people’s homes and in over 200 hospitals, health centres and clinics. We provide services for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also provide specialist dental services.
BCHC employs more than 4,500 staff, delivering more than 100 different clinical services for the one million people of Birmingham and five million people of the West Midlands region. Services are delivered in people’s homes and from within more than 200 clinics, health centres and hospitals.

a new organisation-wide intranet
a public-facing website.
The solution should address the requirements described in Annex 1 Feedback on Requirements.
This exercise is intended to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to review the Authority's Briefing Document and to provide information regarding the services they can offer that could meet these outline requirements. This builds on the Authority's commitment to engage with the market, by sharing information and seeking input from the market to enable us to develop the final specification and determine the appropriate route to market in a fair and transparent manner.
