If it does this, it will publish a notification on the Council's electronic tendering system which states the period of the closure and when this will next be reviewed
The scope of the Care Home Framework will cover all client groups, both for short-term and long-term care and different purchasing arrangements such as block purchase. However, there is no guarantee that the Council will publish opportunities for everything named above.
Homes will be able to apply for the Care Home Framework for any residential and or nursing care homes that are within Hampshire or a 25-mile radius of the border of Hampshire, including residential and or nursing care homes on the Isle of Wight. The Council reserves the right to extend the geographical scope of the Care Home Framework to enable it to make out of county placements. Before taking any option to extend the scope the Council will publish a notice on the relevant websites.
