two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Following an ITT in 2015 Contracts were awarded to LearnPro Ltd and PDRPro Ltd for the provision of the two systems. Since then it has been necessary to purchase the Licences to use the systems software from LearnPro Ltd and PDRPro, who have now joined to form a single company, EFireservice Ltd, A2 Building R1010, Cody Technology Park, Ively Road, Farnborough, England, GU14 0LX, registration Number 09570924. EFireservice has granted Cheshire Fire Authority licences to continue to use the software for a further three [3] years with the option to extend for up to two [2] further years. Only EFireservice Ltd can provide the licences for their software. It is therefore intended to award a contract to EFireservice Ltd under a VEAT notice, in accordance with section 32 b) ii of the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015.
Total spend for the LearnPro licences over the maximum five [5] year term would be approximately £150,00.
Total spend for the PDRPro licences over the maximum five [5] year term would be approximately £170,00.

This Contract is for the provision of Software Licence Agreements for Cheshire Fire Authority’s Computer Based Learning System (LearnPro) and Operational Competencies System (PDRPro).
