Sheffield City Council (SCC) is undertaking an ambitious and significant programme of change known as the Place Systems Review. The scope of the first phase of the programme involves reviewing all associated business processes and ICT systems end-to-end for all Housing Services delivered by Sheffield City Council. This initial phase of the programme is a discovery phase via a soft market test exercise to explore the opportunities available in the market. The insight gained from the soft market test will be used to assist with refining our requirements and will inform any future procurement activity.
