To provide an NHS Health Check Programme to assess the risk for everyone (without existing vascular diseases) between the ages of 40 to 74.

The NHS health checks programme is intended to help people stay healthier for longer by providing everyone who has a NHS health check, regardless of their identified risk score, lifestyle advice to help them primarily reduce and manage their risk of coronary heart disease (heart attack & angina), stroke, diabetes and kidney disease.
