The procurement process has been cancelled. This decision has been made due to a need to reassess the scope and budget requirements that has arisen since the initiation of the tender. As a result, we are unable to proceed at this time. This requirement will be re-tendered and the opportunity will be advertised in accordance with standard procurement procedures.
