Scope
Description
The Trust is seeking market input on delivery and logistics services that may include, but are not limited to:
Scheduled and ad-hoc deliveries between sites
Transportation of medical consumables, equipment, and non-clinical supplies
Handling of time-critical and temperature-controlled items
Support for pharmacy, pathology, and sterile services logistics
Environmentally sustainable delivery solutions
Use of digital tracking, reporting, and proof-of-delivery systems
The final scope may evolve based on operational needs and market feedback.

Share case studies or examples of similar healthcare delivery contracts (Preferably of the same scale)
