The DPS will remain open for 6 years. There is no guarantee of volume. Bidders must complete the SQ and pricing / rate books.

This is a DPS. The DPS rounds will be re-opened approx every 3 months. Suppliers will need to pass the SQ to be admitted on to the DPS. Bidders will need to supply a copy of their Master Hire Agreement which must have acceptable terms to be admitted on to the DPS. The process for call off orders will be outlined in the tender documents which are available on the Chest.

The contract is primarily for Cheshire West and Chester Council but there is an option for the Waste Recycling service (Cheshire West Recycling - CWR) to access the contract if they want to in the future. There is no guarantee of any spend. Where a vehicle cannot be sourced from this DPS, the Council or CWR reserve the right to spot purchase elsewhere.
