We’re looking for a highly strategic agency partner who will act as a collaborator and co-creator with us, supporting and challenging us on the thinking we’ve done to date.

Your role will be to support us and work with our other partners to develop our ongoing brand campaigns, specifically delivering strategic measurement to understand performance.

We’ll need you to get under the skin of a unique and complex organisation at speed. We’ll need you to be flexible and adaptable, moving with ease from big picture thinking to operational detail. We’ll need you to be comfortable bringing our colleagues on the journey, working in a truly collaborative environment.

You’ll work with our specialist data and customer insight team to get under the skin of our members’ needs and lives and deeply understand the data and database environment. You will also work with the brand, marketing, creative and planning functions.

We’ll be looking to your team to make recommendations on the relative strategic investment level needed, as well as forecasting the impact that investment could have on our brand and business metrics.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Nest has an ambition to be a data-led organisation and to support this we need a risk and compliance system that enables these sources to be integrated together. We need a risk system that will also easily integrate with Power BI or other reporting tools that will automate reporting and provide a single source of the truth without the need for multiple databases.

We intend to procure a risk and compliance system which has a high degree of functionality for its users and which eliminates the need for any such manual processes. We require this system to be flexible, user-friendly, intuitive to use, have user access controls, have an audit trail available, be able to share information easily across the organisation, and reduce the manual effort involved in submitting data and creating reports.
