Phase 1:
1. General approach to the project (including both architectural and landscape elements)
2. How the team might approach the design challenge once appointed
3. Relevant built experience that demonstrates suitability
Phase 2:
Initial design concepts for the architectural and landscape design. The content of these boards is down to the teams to decide, but it is highly recommended that they include at least a site layout plan, building plan and CGI or other three-dimensional representation of the proposed scheme which best conveys the architectural intent to the jury. Please also provide CV’s of the proposed team. (60%)
