Gloucestershire County Council invites providers to participate in pre-market engagement for the District Leads for the Holidays, Activities and Food (HAF) Programme 2026-2027.

The HAF Programme is a national initiative funded by the Department for Education, designed to support children and young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. • Present the new 2026-2027 HAF Programme specification
