YEAR ONE - supply and delivery of Bicycles for use at the Peak District National Park Authority's Hire Centres for a Framework Agreement for the period October 2021 to October 2024 ("the Framework Period"). The number of Bicycles for the purposes of this Tender are required for delivery on a Call-Off Basis to Hire Centres to be confirmed for each Delivery. Suppliers are requested to provide Prices for the supply and delivery of Bicycles during the Framework Period. There are 3 types of bicycles required: • Manual adult bikes • Children's bikes • E bikes As set out in the Specification. For each type of bicycle, Suppliers are invited to provide a Price per Bicycle for the supply & delivery of a single order of any number of Bicycle within each of the listed quantity ranges, for Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 . The Authority is unable to confirm exact figures for its requirements. Suppliers are therefore requested to provide rates in the Itemised Costs for years 1-4 of the Framework Period as set out below at the various price break points in the Itemised Costs section. The Itemised Costs provided in the Form of Tender for Year 1 shall be guaranteed by the Supplier for Year 1 of the Framework Period. Itemised Costs for Years 2-4 shall be indicative only.
