two.1.4) Short description

Bradford Council are seeking expressions of interest to replace our existing digital communicators for our fire, intruder, lift alarms and plant monitoring. The system will comprise the supply only of a digital communicator and receiving equipment shall meet the requirements of EN50136-1-1 and EN50136-2-1 and where appropriate to meet PD6669:2017. Bradford Council owns and operates a BS5979/BS9518 Alarm Receiving Centre, and the system shall be fully compatible with Bradford Councils current ARC receiving software, Bold Gemini. We currently have approximately 400 communicators in use. The units shall comprise dule path signalling utilising IP and GPRS and shall be capable of signalling the existing ARC software should one or both paths fail. The units shall be capable of reporting in CID, SIA and data capture. The units shall be capable of utilising council supplied SIM cards or suppliers SIM cards.
