two.2.4) Description of the procurement
TrustEd Schools Alliance are seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services at the following schools:
• Meole Brace School, Longden Road, Shrewsbury, SY3 9DW
• Mary Webb School and Science College, Pontesbury, Shropshire SY5 0TG
• Belvidere School, Belvidere Lane Shrewsbury SY2 5RJ
The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from 1st August 2025 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract.
The Client values the personnel employed to deliver their services, and by tendering the cleaning contract are seeking to reset expectations for the cleaning provision, improve staff morale and consolidate consistent cleaning standards across the Trust.
