The Advanced Imaging Core Technology Unit (CTU) within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences requires the purchase of a Stimulated Emission Depletion Research Microscope. The microscope shall have super-resolution capabilities (less than 50nm) equipped with sensitive detectors and motorized stage that allow acquisitions of multiple points located at different focus and large sample and software capable of stitching images of large specimens.
