Early intervention and prevention are key areas of focus.

A full needs assessment is currently underway to aid the OPCC and partners in determining gaps in services and how these could be filled which will help partners to prevent and reduce serious violence in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The needs assessment is running in parallel to this RFI. Any gaps identified in the needs assessment will be either delivered through business-as-usual delivery, including by existing service providers who are already under contract or where there is no current service provider / provision, the market will be approached by way of a tender process.
