The Borough Council of Calderdale (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers who wish to be considered for the provision of Housing Related Support (the “Service”). It is anticipated that the contract will commence on the 1st November 2023 for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of 12 months. The aim of the Service is: Lot 1 Young Peoples Housing Related Support - The service will provide housing related support to young people aged 16 – 25. This includes single people, childless couples, and young parents. Lot 2 Adults Housing Related Support - The service will provide housing related support to people aged 25 and over. This includes single people, childless couples, and families. The scope of the services does not include housing management and is to be delivered on a floating support model
