• Estimated Contract Value: £315,000 (over 5 years) Excluding VAT

• Contract Term: 3 years plus provision to extend for up to an additional two (2) years subject to requirements and satisfactory performance

• Scope: Planned servicing, reactive repairs, MOT coordination, compliance inspections, tyre/battery/oil management, parts supply, mobile servicing, roadside assistance, sustainability measures.

• Fleet Profile: Currently 26 vehicles (light commercials, cabs with tippers, sweepers as the authority is going through a fleet replacement exercise and EV/hybrid segment may be added in the future.

• Procurement Procedure: Open Procedure under PA 2023
