This is a prior information notice to inform the market of an upcoming procurement and to request market feedback to inform the future procurement. NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (SEL CCG) (Bromley) currently commissions two Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) located at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) and Beckenham Beacon Hospital. This contract is due to expire on 30th September 2022 and the CCG's current intention is to launch a procurement in early 2022 to re-procure a single contract across both sites with a service start date of 1st October 2022.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This is a prior information notice to inform the market of an upcoming procurement and to request market feedback to inform the future procurement. NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (SEL CCG) (Bromley) currently commissions two Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) located at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) and Beckenham Beacon Hospital. This contract is due to expire on 30th September 2022 and the CCG's current intention is to launch a procurement in early 2022 to re-procure a single contract across both sites with a service start date of 1st October 2022. It is expected that the contract will be procured with a term of no less than 5 years and based on the NHS Standard Contract terms and conditions. The indicative value for the total proposed contract is £6,500,000 per annum (£32,500,000 over 5 years), excluding VAT. Contract value figures and contract durations quoted in this prior information notice (PIN) are indicative only an d are su bject to amendment by the CCG. Interested providers are asked to register their interest in the procurement via the London Shared Services (LSS) tender portal ProContract in order to access the Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) and accompanying schedules. Interested parties can register an account on the ProContract portal (link below) and, once registered and logged in, you can express an interest in the project and access the "Market Engagement Questionnaire" page.

The questionnaire and accompanying schedules such as the draft Service Specification, can be downloaded via the portal and the questionnaire must be completed, uploaded and submitted via the portal no later than 12.00 (noon) on Monday 7th February 2022. Clarification questions can be sent to the Authority using the portal messaging facility.

London Shared Services is managing this Early Engagement process on behalf of NHS South East London CCG (The Authority). The services to which this advert relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) and the "Light Touch Regime" (LTR) governing the procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other service contracts. Neither the reference to the "Open Procedure", "ITT", "SQ", the use of the term "Tender process", nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that The Authority intends to hold itself bound to any of the Regulations, save those applicable to LTR provisions.
