The scope of this requirement is to design, build and test through both Alpha phase and private Beta phase, subject to passing Government Digital Services (GDS) Alpha to Beta assessment, a portal for NHS employing organisations to issue and verify credentials into any of the digital staff passports/digital wallets made available via the NHS Digital Staff Passport service and held by a staff member on their mobile device.
The core requirement is for NHS organisations to be able to securely issue and verify multiple verifiable credentials to enable user groups to move seamlessly between NHS organisations:
