This variation to the CS-N0W programme will deliver necessary work to deliver on these policy demands. The additional work that will be delivered through this variation is: mapping future climate risks to buildings, heat vulnerability assessments and adaptations of urban buildings and a review of the Net Zero Innovaton Programme portfolio.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire.
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

This contract is delivering the scope of which this additional research is necessary and has unique expertise in delivering such research through the programme. Therefore would cause significant inconvenience and cost to procure separately.
