The British Council delivers high quality English language services to its customers, with face-to-face, online and remote learning options. In addition to its established network of Centres, Branches and Off-site locations, the British Council plans to expand it footprint via a more agile, flexible and efficient use of digital channels, with an easy in and easy out approach, following customer catchment areas, and thereby catering for our customer´s increasing need for convenience.In order to take advantage of both new and existing business opportunities, the British Council needs to ensure it has a modern learning management system (LMS), that can be fully integrated into a unified eco-system. The LMS must be able to support and deliver on-line learning content and greater access to managing learning, all of which will help the organisation achieve its aspiration of placing the customer at the heart of everything we do.
