The output of this contract will be an open access report summarising the results of the Green Finance analysis for the Purple Horizons landscape. The report will include an action plan for future implementation of a Green Investment Trading System. The report together with the collaborative work involved in developing it will build the capacity of Natural England to carry out similar analysis in other landscapes in future.

This is a Single Tender Action (STA) that falls under PCR 2015 Regulation 32. The reasons this was seen as an STA was because the Supplier held the Intellectual Property Rights to the unique methodology that was required for this Project. The Supplier also brought project specific knowledge, experience and understanding that had not been identified elsewhere due to their current project use of this methodology.
