Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Pursuant to Regulation 72 (1) of the Public Contract Regulations, due to the impact on resources and supply chain caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which could not reasonably be foreseen by the contracting authority. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract or exceed 50% of the original value of the framework agreement
