The notice relates to Dermatology Extended Minor Surgery Service (DEMMS) in Sutton and Merton.

This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.

The lifetime value of the contract is £160,659.

The contract term will be 12 months with the option to extend for a further 3 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.

The contract will start on 01 January 2026 and end 31 December 2026, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31 March 2027.

NHS SWL ICB's Contracting and Procurement Group approved to award contract under Direct Award C and to commence - 1 January 2026. Assessment of provider undertaken by Primary and Community Care Development and Delivery Project Manager (Sutton), and Head of Primary and Community Delivery and Development (Merton). Provider assistance was also sought for relevant documentation.
