Scope

His Majesty's Treasury (HMT) intends to procure an integrated End User Compute (EUC) service to support its technology strategy. The contract will cover the provision and management of end‑user computing services, including:
*End‑user support (excluding central service desk) for HMT staff and ALBs on the Treasury IT System (TrIS)
*Management and lifecycle of end‑user devices, peripherals and accessories (build, deployment, support, disposal).
*Application management for core, line‑of‑business and Microsoft 365 services, including updates and configuration.
The Supplier will be expected to work within a multi‑supplier ecosystem (alongside SIAM and other TrIS suppliers), align to ITIL‑based processes, and support HMT's security, resilience and sustainability objectives.
In preparation for the procurement, preliminary market engagement is being conducted to seek feedback from prospective suppliers on:
*The proposed scope and service model for EUC.
*Commercial and pricing approaches, including potential risk/reward mechanisms.
*Service levels and key performance indicators, including user experience and satisfaction measures.
*Transition and onboarding considerations from existing arrangements.
*Innovation and best practice in modern EUC services (e.g. virtualisation, zero‑touch deployment, modern management, enhanced security and resilience).
