The service will provide, through an integrated service model, a city-wide response for adults to all substance use disorders and any newly emerging substance use trends through the life of the contract. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to provide a range of interventions for individuals who’re involved in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system. The contract value is advertised at being between the lowest, being the value of the secured funding available for this commission, and the highest, being the value of all funding sources including where they are unsecured for the full contract term inclusive of the option to extend. Potential bidders should be aware that the contract value will be subject to ongoing receipt of external funding by the Council.
