Hampshire County Council, on behalf of the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (EM3), is seeking feedback from interested parties on the proposed draft contract documents and specification for our upcoming procurement to design, build, install, commercialise, operate and maintain a new fibre spine and active network stretching 94 kms from Basingstoke to Guildford, via Hook, Camberley, Aldershot, Farnborough and Farnham.
We are are interested in feedback from the market on these documents in preparation for our upcoming tender process anticipated to commence in early 2023.
