The UR wishes to appoint a contractor for an initial period of 1 year with 2 optional extension periods of 12 months, subject to satisfactory annual review each year of the contract, to provide support in the population and maintenance of the database (ownership of which is with and will remain with UR). The Contractor will provide support including data retrieval from the data providers, details of which are provided in section 4 (using SSIS, FTP, sFTP and others), maintaining and updating the SQL Database with all up to date data, verifying and validating all data and liaising with the data providers to ensure all data is captured. There is the possibility that ad-hoc support or training will also be required from time to time under the contract.
