B. A PQQ will be used to down select to a max. 10 potential suppliers who shall be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT). The evaluation criteria for each question and the minimum requirement is detailed within the supporting guidance document of the PQQ. Failure to meet the minimum requirements of the PQQ and will be deemed a fail.
