This procurement was managed and awarded using the Halton Housing framework for Supply of Vehicles (Lot 2: Contract Hire of Specialist Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles Exceeding 5,000 kg G.V.W).

Regarding the contract term, the intention is for the vehicle leases to commence on or by the date each vehicle is delivered to the Council, and to run for a maximum of eighty-four (84) Months from that date. Based on vehicle delivery times, etc. this may cause a minor variation to the contract dates, to accommodate the lease agreements which are unconfirmed at the time of posting of this notice.
