Service provision for the shelters installed at the Agreed Locations will include the following:
i. advertising rights on Shelters;
ii. procure and supply Shelter infrastructure;
iii. the provision of all advertising units (Digital Advertising Panels and/or Paper Advertising) as part of Shelters;
iv. oversee the implementation and associated risks with managing the transition from existing to new;
v. install Shelter infrastructure;
vi. associated electrical and connectivity works;
vii. clean, repair and maintain all Shelter infrastructure;
viii. relocation and/or removal of Shelters when instructed by or arranged with the Authority, including (but not limited to) in cases of changes to bus routes; repeated vandalism; or remodelling of the highway as part of wider schemes; and
ix. removal of shelters at the end of the contract if required by the terms of the Contract or agreed with the Authority.
