This is an intention to follow a Most Suitable Provider process for the award of recovery hubs to BSMHFT - any providers who consider themselves suitable should make themselves known to the Authority.

Procurmentof these services conducted by BSOL Procurement Collaborative on behalf of BSMHFT Learning Disability and Autism Collaborative.

This service is for recovery hubs within six BSOL localities including Central, East, North, Solihull, South and West.

The service provides accessible, inclusive and person-centred recovery support across all six localities with the aims of improving outcomes for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

The intention is to award a contract under the most suitable provider process.
