Engagement process description
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) will hold an online-only Premarket Engagement event for the procurement of security guarding services for its British Embassy Berlin, Germany on 27 January 2026, from 13:30 to 15:00 UK time.
Suppliers are invited to express their interest in attending by completing and submitting the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire at:
https://forms.office.com/e/5YwTAeCXWb by 12 noon UK time on 20 January 2026.
Please note: You cannot attend the online event if you are not registered.
Suppliers are also reminded:
• If you are not already registered on the Central Digital Platform (CDP), you must do so to obtain a unique supplier identifier number, which is required to bid for FCDO contracts under the Procurement Act 2023.
• The FCDO Jaggaer portal will be used to submit your actual bid, and it will require the ID obtained from the CDP.
• Registration on Jaggaer is free and takes approximately 5 minutes.
We strongly encourage suppliers to register on both platforms (CDP and Jaggaer) early to avoid delays or disappointment when procurement documents become available.
