To provide Resilient and load balanced SIP Trunk routing to The Council’s SIP Trunking Gateway, Mitel MiVoice Border Gateway (MBG).
The Council is moving away from its office based hot desk thin client solution to a more mobile work force using laptops to enable much more flexible home and remote working. Key to this is effective communication and having a reliable voice platform and softphone solution is key to making this strategic switch a success.
