For this Term Service Contract, the boundary limit in which the ‘service’ is to be provided is to
be that as defined as the boundary of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. This
covers the present boundaries of Bournemouth Borough Council, Borough of Poole and
Christchurch Borough Council. The objectives of this Term Service Contract are for the Contractor to support Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council (as the Client) in the delivery of a Transportation and general Civil Engineering programme and statutory functions for a ‘service’ period of 4 years. The service period can be extended up to a maximum of 10 years
