The One You Cheshire East service will be delivered by a single core provider. This provider will be responsible a range of functions which are summarised below:
- marketing, outreach, relationship management with professionals and use of risk stratification,
- screening and risk assessment of individuals,
- delivery of programmes in relation to weight management, physical activity and falls prevention, smoking (specialist and community), mental wellbeing (brief intervention) as well as innovation projects,
- case management of participants and tracking of outcomes via an appropriate IT system.
Annual contract value is 1 076 202 GBP including fund for innovation.

Cheshire East Borough Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to scrutinise the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI No 102) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).

The One You Integrated Lifestyle Cheshire East service will be delivered by a single core provider. This provider will be responsible a range of functions which are summarised below:
- marketing, outreach, relationship management with professionals and use of risk stratification,
- screening and risk assessment of individuals,
- delivery of programmes in relation to weight management, physical activity and falls prevention, smoking (specialist and community), mental wellbeing (brief intervention) as well as innovation projects,
- case management of participants and tracking of outcomes via an appropriate IT system.
There is an expectation that providers may utilise sub-contracting arrangements, in particular, to ensure localised service delivery can take place. This would be particularly in relation to smoking cessation and innovation projects.
This contract will be for an initial 3 years with the option of 2 further extensions of 1 year.
A key aspiration is that the One You Cheshire East service is integrated into the wider community. This means utilising and building on existing community based assets which can augment the wider impact of the service.
Delivery principles include:
Prioritisation of programme participation to target groups. But ensuring capacity is filled overall.
Support is available across the Borough but particularly targets areas of deprivation

• Modification 1 - additional Public Health grant funding of £110,700 for the financial year 2021/22 only, for additional weight management services.
• Modification 2 - Health Checks at £13,370 for 2021/22 only.
• Modification 3 - Additional falls prevention of £20,000 from 01/10/21-31/03/22
All 3 are within scope of the original specification.
