two.1.4) Short description

Birmingham Childrens Trust is seeking a collaborative partner from an existing Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA) to help it deliver the governments expectations to establish an RAA. The partner will work with the Trust to design a modern, forward thinking and well-functioning RAA, led by a vision and commitment to excellent practice, innovative approaches to achieve improvements and value for money, drawing upon the expertise of both partners. The Trust wishes to establish a Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) for the provision of matching and placing children with adopters and conducts this light touch regime (LTR) procurement in accordance with Chapter 3, section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) in relation to Social and Other Specific Services. The duration of the Contract will be five years from contract award with an option to extend up to March 2028. The Contract will be awarded to a single provider.
