Description
CPI are looking to establish a consultancy framework for a financial advisor to provide expert contribution to the RNA Biofoundry establishment. The consultant will also be requested to support the ongoing running of the RNA Centre of Excellence and associated training academy, including preparing and reporting back to Innovate UK funders.

Framework operation description
CPI will establish a Single supplier framework agreement, against which we will reserve the right to direct award without further competition. Suppliers will be in a ranked order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc. according to their scores against the evaluation criteria set out below.
