The University is looking to procure a system that will enable us to develop, design and deliver a new user identity and access management service to better protect our digital services from cyberattack and better manage how our users access and use University digital services
The current Identity management provides identity and access to IT services for staff, students, visitors, alumni and functionals
The expansion of the University, in terms of a global student base, staff and in research technology and capabilities, has necessitated a state-of-the-art, fit for purpose and innovative identity and access management solution that provides the best user experience, integrates with the latest technology and improves the current access controls and reduce the security risks for the University
