two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Devon County Council and Torbay Council required a system leader to manage and develop the sexual & reproductive health system across the two local authority areas. The system leader will forge critical partnerships with a range of clinical, voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations, commissioning organisations, and our local population to truly improve sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing of people, pathways and outcomes across Devon and Torbay.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.
The tender was evaluated against Quality and Innovation (20%), Integration/Collaboration and Service Sustainability (17%), Value (35%), Improving Access/Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice (18%) and Social Value criteria (10%). The contract award criteria are specified in the procurement documents.
