CPI have a requirement for a Solvent Spray Tool as set out in the attached documents. CPI are looking to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of a Solvent Spray Tool. The tool is required for Photolithography Resist strip and Mask Cleaning. This Framework is to cover spare parts, consumables, servicing, software upgrades and maintenance.
