The scope of this offering is as described below:
Sip and enteral tube feeds in the acute hospital settings (adults and paediatrics).
Enteral tube feeds, pumps and sets for all adult and paediatric home enterally fed patients (HEF) living in Swindon & Wiltshire.
Home delivery service for all adult and paediatric home enterally fed patients (HEF) living in Swindon & Wiltshire.
The service covers both adult and paediatric patients, with a requirement for: Pumps and ancillaries; Tube feeds; Oral nutritional supplements (ONS); Home delivery service for patients on tube feeding in community.
