NPL wishes to procure a metrology system for measuring superconducting circuits comprising multiple coupled qubits. It will include baseband/IF electronics and instrumentation and microwave instrumentation. It should be possible to control all components using a common software interface. The system must be designed so that it is highly customisable and can be easily expanded in the future.
